Glasgow

Located at the junction of Queen Street and Ingram Street, Royal Exchange Square is a local landmark in Glasgow - an ideal spot for relaxing over coffee, lunch with friends or an intimate dinner. The building in the centre of the Square houses the Glasgow Gallery of Modern Art, so it's perfect place to soak up some culture while you're in the city.

A fun bit of trivia for you: at the Queen Street entrance of the Gallery is a statue of the Duke of Wellington - which usually has a cone placed on his head. This was originally a prank that was started by kids but has now become a symbol of Glaswegian humour. The public are very much encouraged to leave the cone in place so as not to disappoint tourists!
