New additions to the menu include to start a beautifully simple platter of Serrano ham with a creamy mustard celeriac remoulade as well as the great French classics Escargot - snails cooked in garlic butter! We also have to start a light summery starter of pan-fried crab cakes with a tangy chilli, lemon and coriander confiture.

To follow we have introduced a pan-fried smoked haddock fishcake served with wilted spinach and a lemon butter sauce as well as a new signature chopped salad of chicken, bacon, avocado, egg and green beans bound in a creamy garlic dressing topped with Grana Padano. One of the major additions to the menu is a new range of mussels. They are now available with a choice of three sauces  - Mariniere, Thailandaise and Provencale and can also be ordered now by the half or full kilo served in a stunning black enamel moules pot! We are confident you'll love these.

To finish, anticipating a great Summer, the menu launches two new ice cream sundaes - Coup Rouge a sundae of vanilla and strawberry ice cream with fresh blueberries and strawberries, raspberry coulis. The Coup Gourmand is an irresistible combination of chocolate and vanilla ice cream, chocolate and walnut brownie, marshmallows and chocolate shavings! There is also a new range of premium ice creams and sorbet from the award winning producer Movenpick with changing flavours throughout the Summer.

Breakfast has also had a refresh with new additions including Pain Perdu - a French toast topped with fresh fruit and Bonne Maman honey to drizzle. Our signature dish of eggs Benedict has had a revamp and now is a hearty combination of brioche, ham, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce and lyonnasie potatoes.

Mouthwatering, isn't it? Book a table now and let us know what you make of our latest additions. We look forward to hearing from you.
